Luc Vanlaere

Luc Vanlaere was born in the village of Wingene close to Bruges in the heart of Flanders. He is a free minded artist with a very particular approach to music and natural sound, which he performs in a totally unique way. Formal singer-song-writer, but harpist in all the vains, he developed a wayward vision on being an artist in these highly industrialised times. By declining all kinds of commercial networks like distribution of cd's, online downloading, agencies, editors etc... he protects his authenticity and stays close to his internal wish of playing and composing. The idea of "sharing" rather than selling tickets allows all people to be part of his sound experience.
